1 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt

1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup of orange-colored baking chips (or use white chocolate and food coloring like us)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar with a stand mixer or a hand mixer.
Add the vanilla and then the eggs one at a time and mix in thoroughly.
Slowly add your dry ingredients, a little bit at a time, and continue to mix until everything is combined.

Now that you've got your dough mixed, add the food coloring and fully incorporate.
Toss in the baking and chocolate chips and give it all a stir.
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, portion out tablespoon-sized scoops of the dough an inch apart and bake for 12-13 minutes.
Remove and let cool before enjoying these yummy black clouds of rich cocoa goodness.
